XL Airways Update

This morning the 3rd largest tour operator in the UK went into
administration.

Customers who booked flights directly with XL Airways were not
covered by the CAA ATOL scheme and may lose their money.

Charter Flight Centre did act as an agent for XL Airways through its
trade brand Freedom Flights therefore some of our customers have been
affected. However, by booking flights through us as opposed to
directly with the airline, not only are you fully protected under the
ATOL scheme, but we also are able to help our customers find
alternative flights in what can be a traumatic time.

Charter Flight Centre has over 50 suppliers and for over 20 years
have offered a wide range of flights, which we continue to offer both
on our website and over the phone.

If you or any of your friends or colleagues have been affected by
these events, even if you did not originally book with us we are here
to help. If you choose not to book with us, always check the company
you are booking with has an ATOL license. Some of the fairly big
websites in the industry do not. In these cases your money may be at
risk.

Flight availability is displayed on our website
www.charterflights.co.uk or you can call us on 0845 045 0237.
