A Member who completes one (1) Offer Qualifying Stay pursuant to these Offer Terms will receive double Wyndham Rewards points for such Offer Qualifying Stay (i.e., double the amount of Base Points such Member would have earned for such stay pursuant to the Program Terms) (the additional points earned pursuant to these Offer Terms, the "Bonus"). For example, a stay that would earn 1,500 Wyndham Rewards Base Points pursuant to the Program Terms would earn a Bonus of 1,500 Wyndham Rewards points pursuant to these Offer Terms. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, (i) there is a maximum of one (1) Offer Qualifying Stay per Member, regardless of how many stays such Member completes between November 7, 2019 and January 7, 2020; provided, however, that a registered Member may receive the Bonus for up to three (3) rooms associated with such Member's Member number during such Offer Qualifying Stay; and (ii) in the case of multiple Qualified Stays completed by a registered Member in accordance with these Offer Terms ("Multiple Stays"), the Offer Qualifying Stay (i.e., the one with respect to which the Bonus will be calculated and awarded) will be determined as more particularly set forth below. In the case of Multiple Stays completed by a Member only after such Member has registered for this 2X Offer, the first of such Multiple Stays to have been completed will be deemed the Offer Qualifying Stay. In the case of Multiple Stays by a Member, one of more of which was completed prior to registration, the one completed closest in time prior to such registration will be deemed the Offer Qualifying Stay. A Member will not receive the Bonus for a no-show.
