| NYE Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you're no longer able to attend on New Years Eve 2026, you can cancel up to 5 days before the event and receive a full refund, less the Eventbrite ticketing fee. Cancellations will be processed through Eventbrite. More information on how to cancel and request a refund can be found HERE. NYE General Terms: Topgolf NYE 2026 is open to walk-in, standard reservations, and NYE ticket purchase, availability of options varies by venue. Ticket purchase applies to the night of 12/31/25 starting at 9 p.m., through 1 a.m. 1/1/26. A maximum of 6 people per bay are allowed. NYE tickets available while supplies last. NYE tickets cannot be combined with any coupon, offer or promotion. Cancellations with refunds will be available through 12/26/25 at 11:59 p.m. After 12/26/25 cancellations will happen without refund. Topgolf NYE 2026 is available at only participating Topgolf venues. Visit topgolf.com/NYE to confirm your venue is hosting Topgolf NYE 2026. For Topgolf venues which are not participating in the Topgolf NYE 2026 party, walk-in and standard reservations can still be made (subject to availability). NYE Ticket Purchase Offer Terms: PROMOTIONAL. Free one (1) hour of Topgolf game play to Players who purchase a New Year's Eve ticket prior to December 23, 2025. Free hour of Topgolf game play coupon is only redeemable from 1/1/26 - 2/28/26. Free hour of Topgolf game play coupon will be emailed on 1/1/26 to the email address where the ticket purchase was sent. If an eligible ticket purchase is made but canceled, no coupon will be granted. Game play coupon is redeemable for reservations made through Topgolf's App or website or walk-ins (not valid for 2+bay bundles or event products). For reservations made via Topgolf's App or website, coupon must be applied at the time of booking (not redeemable at the bay). To redeem coupon during walk-in visit, coupon must be applied on the bay screen during sign in. If a walk-in group of players wishes to split up and use multiple bays during a visit, only (1) one hour game play coupon may be used by the group as a whole unless the need for multiple bays is due to the group size being above the max bay capacity for Players (6 people), in which case one (1) one hour game play coupon may be used for all maximum capacity bays and up to one (1) additional bay that is not at max capacity. Not redeemable for Topgolf event products. For new Players, a Topgolf Lifetime Membership (one-time cost of $6) is required to redeem the one-hour game play coupon. Only one (1) one hour game play coupon valid per bay. Limit one (1) one hour game play coupon per person, cannot reuse once redeemed. Cannot be combined with any other game play coupon.
