As our experience evolves at Nav, we’ve recently made some updates to our Privacy Policies and Terms of Use. These changes are effective as of August 24, 2026.
What's changing: We've updated our policies to clarify that if you connect a bank account to Nav, we may share access credentials associated with your bank account (such as Plaid tokens) with Parafin, the company that administers the Nav Credit Builder Card, so that Parafin can access your linked account information directly through Plaid and assess whether you are likely to qualify for the Nav Credit Builder Card — including before you have applied for the card.
