Support Inclusivity: Stop Labeling Autistic Children as Nuisances

In San Jose, California, a profoundly autistic child named Zeke finds himself at the center of a distressing legal battle. Despite his innocence, he faces the alarming accusation of being a "public nuisance." Zeke's vocal stimming, a natural aspect of his condition, should not be misconstrued as a reason for legal action. This unjust lawsuit not only harms Zeke and his family but also sends a troubling message about inclusivity and acceptance in our society.

It's time to stand together and demand justice for Zeke and all autistic children. Sign the petition to urge the California court to dismiss this discriminatory lawsuit and uphold the rights of individuals with disabilities.

As a person who loves a profoundly autistic child, I am deeply saddened and troubled by the idea that a mean-spirited neighbor (who may have other interests) would use the Court System to target Zeke, a Level 3 non-verbal autistic child, to have him declared a, "public nuisance". My son, like many others with profound autism, engages in vocal stimming - it's part of his disability. This alarming situation is hurting the family of Zeke in San Jose, California for no other reason than he has Profound Autism.

In this case, one individual, Janine Lu Chun, has brought forth this civil lawsuit seeking to declare this profoundly autistic child as a public nuisance. This action has shaken every American who loves a non-verbal autistic child!

It's crucial that we foster a society that is understanding and acceptance rather than stigmatizing  and punishing children and families who's only "crime" is being a non-verbal Autistic.

We must ensure that our legal system does not become an instrument of discrimination against those who are differently-abled. We call upon the California court to dismiss this lawsuit and uphold the rights of all individuals living with disabilities.

Please sign our petition today and stand up for justice for all AUTISTIC CHILDREN.
