Riley's Act

Riley Strain's untimely disappearance on March 8th, following a night out in Nashville, has sparked a call to action. Visiting Tennessee with his college fraternity, Riley tragically lost his life after being overserved at a local bar. Despite efforts to leave, he was found disoriented and ultimately met a tragic fate on March 22nd. In response to this heartbreaking incident, advocates are rallying behind "The Riley Act." This proposed legislation aims to mandate bars and their staff to proactively arrange transportation for intoxicated individuals, such as calling cabs or Ubers. After being overserved, the bar made Riley leave.  Leaving intoxicated and dissoriented, (ntm was a visitor) Riley's body was found March 22.
