Now, we are faced with a devastating situation: my father has been detained by ICE, and we desperately need your help to bring him back.
Luis Guerrero is not just my father; he is a kind, hardworking man who has dedicated his life to supporting his family. Living in the United States for more years than he did in Mexico, his roots are firmly planted here, in St. Joseph, Missouri. He is the proud father of four children, one of whom is in elementary school and another on the brink of graduation. Despite the hardships, he never committed any crimes until the misdemeanor of violating a protection order by asking his wife to see his daughter. His only 'offense' is wanting a better life for his children.
Detaining my father is not just an attack on him; it's an attack on our family.
