I'm Ethan Mark Payne — an autistic Certified Nursing Assistant and disability advocate — and I've had enough.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., as Secretary of Health and Human Services, has promoted efforts to collect and use autism-related data from public health programs like Medicare and Medicaid — raising serious concerns about privacy, consent, and discrimination.
This is a direct attack on the civil rights, privacy, and dignity of autistic, neurodivergent, and disabled people.
We demand:
✔ The immediate removal of RFK Jr. from HHS
✔ A halt to any autism data projects that bypass informed community consent
✔ Leadership at HHS that respects science, ethics, and the rights of disabled people
We are organizing a silent, peaceful protest at the White House and HHS headquarters to send a clear message:
Autistic and neurodivergent rights are human rights. We will no longer be ignored.
This protest is led by autistic and neurodivergent voices — and is open to everyone who shares our commitment to civil rights, privacy, and ethical leadership.
We welcome families, allies, supporters, and healthcare workers who stand with us in solidarity.
If healthcare workers choose to join, we kindly ask that they wear scrubs as a visible sign of support.
Important: Once we reach at least 100 people signed up as interested, we will begin setting a date and pulling the necessary permits.
A link will be provided for those who want to sign up and peacefully protest alongside us — your voice matters. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSesFONhMSJbMzqQ24SuU_c9FymCkIA7BOl6EeKeAW1sRDWw_w/viewform
This is about civil rights. This is about autonomy. This is about justice.
Stand with us. Sign this petition. Share it. Help us show the nation that autistic and neurodivergent people, together with their allies, will not be silenced.
Note: I am not collecting or receiving any money from this petition. Any donations shown on Change.org go directly to the platform, not to me.
